Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking an Equity Trade Support professional to provide operational support for derivative, swaps and cash products in a banking environment in Singapore. You will assist the Sales and Trading Desks and resolve issues to keep client activity smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial markets with experience in Trade Support for equities derivative/swaps/cash products.
• Proficiency in MS Product Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) is essential.
• VBA & SQL programming skills are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently stellar operational support for derivative/swaps/cash products.
• Support the Sales and Trading Desks by investigating, resolving issues and enquiries.
• Utilize critical thinking to provide timely resolutions to client issues and breaks.
• Work with stakeholders across operations and other departments (compliance, credit, sales, trading, legal, risk, technology).
• Proactively improve processes and controls to mitigate operational risk.
• Be an active team player and manage ad-hoc projects across regions.
