Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group in Singapore seeks a recent graduate to join our ELN operations team. You will gather information from depository, issuer and delivery/paying agents, validate inbound/outbound instructions, and support reconciliation with stakeholders.

You will engage in process execution within deadlines, handle inquiries under pressure, and contribute to continual improvements while working closely with a small, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from Depository, Issuer, Delivery/Paying Agent
• Collection, validation, repair and execution of inbound-outbound instructions
• Contact depository, issuer, delivery/paying agents for reconciliation or event clarifications
• Process the redemption proceeds and adhere to deadlines
• Execute the allocated tasks in due time
• Support any other tasks related to ELN
