Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Product and Asset Class Owner for Equities and its online trading platform. You will drive country product strategy, growth in revenue and AUM, and provide strategic platform updates to clients and frontline teams.

The role requires 3+ years in financial markets, strong analytics, and global markets knowledge. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage governance, and deliver platform innovations in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with 3+ years in financial markets or related products.
• Strong data analytics and financial analysis skills.
• Experience in Retail or Consumer Banking segment with global markets knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Equities (Online Trading) revenue and AUM growth to meet targets.
• Provide regular, timely product/platform updates to clients and frontline teams.
• Collaborate with governance, operations, technology to ensure a robust platform.
• Innovate and deliver new products, platform capabilities and campaigns.
• Utilise analytics to support key business decisions and monitor performance.
• Support operations to ensure smooth trading processes, settlements and corporate actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver quality trading platforms and timely projects.
• Oversee governance, regulatory compliance and risk management matters.
