seeks an Analyst/Associate to join the Equities Execution Services team, supporting onboarding, configuration, cash processing and post-trade allocations for cash equity trading. You will collaborate with Business, Client Service, Technology and Operations to ensure efficient workflows, strong controls, and accurate settlement, while upholding the firm's risk standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in post-trade operations in banking
• Act as a key point of coordination across Operations, Business and Technology teams
• Take ownership of high-impact workflows, complex transactions and client issues
• Drive improvements in efficiency, control and client experience
• Ensure delivery of accurate and timely processing across all flows

Responsibilities

• The primary function is to manage clients' post-trade execution needs, including complex transaction requests and settlement
• Assist in providing operational risk management and oversight for equities sales and trading
• Ensure infrastructure with respect to technology, processes and controls supports complex transactions
• Lead change discussions with technology and other teams to streamline flows
• Document and implement procedural changes to improve controls around trade lifecycle
• Enhance client experience in a risk-controlled environment with global collaboration
