Goldman Sachs Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Equities Synthetic Client Ops professional to join our Asia-focused middle office.

You will partner with sales, trading desks, and product experts to ensure accurate trade bookings, risk controls, and efficient post-execution support across cash and equity derivatives. The role emphasizes front-to-back operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive mindset to identify improvements in process flow and scalability

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a middle office function.
• Understanding of Equity Derivative products and Cash Securities.
• Strong team-working with internal stakeholders locally and globally.
• Track record in client relationships and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
• Strong leadership to manage competing deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of the operational process lifecycle by interacting with internal and external stakeholders including clients, trading desks, brokers, Sales, Structuring, and other federation teams to work toward the shared goal of business enablement and risk mitigation.
• Partner with a team of product experts to review all operational aspects of the trade flow while gaining strong technical knowledge, risk control, and commercial awareness.
• Use your inquisitive mindset to identify efficiency opportunities with respect to process flow methodology as well as enhance scalability.
• Leverage your quantitative skills to decompose complex regulatory and operational process requirements, and propose creative, robust solutions.
• Oversight & ownership of the full front to back operational flow ensuring that seamless execution of trades, new business, and flow enhancements.
