Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Technician to manage hardware inventory, maintain controlled documentation, including PM and conversion records, and support Final Test and Backend operations to ensure seamless production flow.

The role requires strong Excel data handling and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include stock control, audits, discrepancy investigations, and reporting, with close coordination with Operations,

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and material control.
• Knowledge of stock accuracy, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience in Final Test or Backend operations is an added advantage.
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Manage handler equipment inventory, materials, and consumables.
• Perform stock control, cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Support Final Test operations and equipment readiness.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Production Control, Logistics, and Quality teams.
• Maintain inventory records, logs, and operational documentation.
• Generate inventory and tracking reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Support continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain PM and conversion records.
