Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of equipment engineering experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical controls.
• Proficiency with CAD software and equipment maintenance tools.
• Familiarity with automation, control systems and Six Sigma.
• Data analysis and statistical tool proficiency.
• Strong project management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of mechanical and electronic equipment meeting specs.
• Perform maintenance, diagnose issues, implement corrective actions.
• Test and validate equipment performance and compliance.
• Maintain equipment specifications and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.
• Oversee projects, manage budgets, ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
