Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a maintenance engineer in Singapore to perform preventive maintenance on wafer manufacturing equipment and support daily cleanroom operations. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience and familiarity with implant tools.

The candidate should have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Background in Electronics, Computer, Technical, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, equipment support, or wafer fabrication environment.
• Familiar with Implant tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance by following PM Checklist.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor repair on wafer manufacturing equipment.
• Perform daily equipment 5S and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations in a cleanroom environment.
• Support ad-hoc activities assigned by Superior.
