Job summary

Broadcom Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Epitaxy Fab Assistant to support growth and testing of epi wafers. You will operate reactors, supporting tools and testers according to standard procedures, ensuring process quality and yield.

The role emphasizes working with clearly defined objectives, contributing to maintenance and tool-changeover tasks and supporting TPM initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

• Performs epitaxy functions in growth and testing of epi wafers.

• Calibrates and operates process equipment in a fab environment.
• Works with clearly defined objectives using standard procedures and tools.
• Supports Total Productive Maintenance program to initiate improvement suggestions and elevate issues; and develops skills to understand simple maintenance tasks in tool changeover.
