Broadcom Inc. is seeking a Semiconductor Fabrication Operator to perform wafer fabrication tasks in our production environment. You will operate equipment for alignment, masking, etch, and diffusion, and calibrate various process tools to ensure quality outputs.

The role requires following defined procedures with close supervision and delivering your assigned outputs. Prior experience is limited, typically <1 year, with a focus on learning company policies and processes.

Semiconductor Fabrication Operator: Performs wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates equipment in performing alignment, masking, etch and diffusion. Calibrates and runs process equipment and processes in the fabrication environment. Determines and/or follows techniques to troubleshoot/implement corrective action to bring process within control parameters.

• Works on assignments with clearly defined objectives using standard procedures and tools
• Delivers own output under close supervision and guidance
• Solves problems which require knowledge of specific processes and procedures

Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.
