Job summary

Temus Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Epic specialist to advise on design, implementation, and optimization of health IT solutions for clients in Singapore. The role involves testing oversight, workflow redesign, and driving change management across Epic modules.

The ideal candidate has at least one active Epic certification and prior Epic project experience, with strong stakeholder management and a focus on data integrity and regulatory compliance in the Singapore market.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 1 active Epic certification in Ambulatory, Clarity, Grand Central, Healthy Planet, Radiant, MyChart, Prelude or Willow.
• Prior exposure within any Epic module implementation and optimization is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and advise on the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of Epic health IT solutions.
• Provide oversight on testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
• Facilitate workflow redesign sessions and drive key change management activities.
• Identify and recommend Epic system enhancements and optimization opportunities by assessing current usage, data analytics, and user feedback.
• Assess Epic configurations and IT operational processes for compliance, security, and data integrity, contributing to risk mitigation plans.
• Utilize Epic data and analytics to develop actionable insights and support value realization from EMR investments.
• Manage specific workstreams within client engagements
• Build strong stakeholder relationships at the project level
• Stay current with Epic advancements and Singapore healthcare trends
• Act as liaison between stakeholders to address system-related concerns
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance
• Stay updated with Epic system updates and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse client needs and advise on the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of Epic & health IT solutions
• Provide oversight on testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities
• Facilitate workflow redesign sessions and drive key change management activities
• Identify and recommend Epic system enhancements and optimization opportunities by assessing current state usage, data analytics, and user feedback to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience
• Assess Epic configurations and IT operational processes for compliance, security, and data integrity, contributing to risk mitigation plans and recommending improvements
• Utilize Epic data and analytics to develop actionable insights, identify performance improvement areas, and support clients in tracking progress towards achieving value from their EMR investment
• Manage specific workstreams within client engagements
• Build strong stakeholder relationships at the project level
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by staying current with Epic advancements and relevant Singaporean healthcare trends
• Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to address and resolve system-related concerns.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
• Stay current with Epic system updates, industry trends, and best practices
• Leverage core project management skills and best practices across a diverse range of client engagements, including both Epic-specific transformations and other strategic initiatives within the Singapore market

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 1 active Epic certification in either of the following modules: Ambulatory/ Clarity/ Grand Central/ Healthy Planet/ Radiant/ MyChart/ Prelude/ Willow etc.
• Prior exposure within any Epic module implementation and optimization is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (including business users, vendors, and team members).
