Job summary

Accenture is seeking an EPIC-focused specialist to configure, design, and implement Stork and EpicCare Inpatient Orders modules within healthcare environments. You will collaborate with clinical stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.

You will support end-to-end lifecycle activities including build, testing (unit, integration, UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support, while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective change management.

Qualifications

• EPIC certification in Stork and EpicCare Inpatient Orders
• Proven experience in EPIC system implementation or support within healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, especially inpatient and obstetrics modules
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment lifecycle
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Configure, design, and implement EPIC modules, focusing on Stork and EpicCare Inpatient Orders
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Support system build, testing (unit, integrated, UAT), and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes
• Deliver end-user training and support change management initiatives
• Ensure system compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve system usability
• Document system configurations, processes, and enhancements
