Job summary

Rotary Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a planning engineer to develop and maintain schedules for EPCC projects in the Energy infrastructure sector.

You will prepare integrated schedules and baselines for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning, and monitor progress across the project lifecycle. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years EPC project planning experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy Infrastructure.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 project planning software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with CPM planning techniques for EPC schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare an integrated project schedule for EPCC.
• Develop execution schedules for EPCC in energy infrastructure.
• Create logic diagrams per WBS for detailed reporting.
• Maintain baseline schedule using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, analyze deviations, and recommend remedies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor resource mobilization plan and cost reporting.
• Prepare risk registers and change order documentation.
• Prepare progress claim and client invoices.
