Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced EPC Sourcing Manager to lead strategic procurement for complex subsea projects. You will coordinate supplier selection, contract negotiations, and delivery to meet project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field is required.
• 3-7 years in sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
• 3+ years leading sourcing in EPC/oil & gas or industrial projects.
• Proven experience negotiating high-value contracts and managing strategic suppliers.
• Strong strategic sourcing, SRM, and cost-analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with project goals.
• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Drive total cost of ownership improvements and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
