Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Construction Engineer for our Tuas site. You will support contractor sourcing, clarify work scopes, and ensure the design meets client requirements across disciplines.

You will manage drawings, safety documents, and progress with contractors, PMC, and clients to keep critical work paths on schedule and within cost targets. A degree in engineering and 2+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Oil & gas EPC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Manager on contractors/consultants sourcing, inquiry package issuing, work scope clarification, and evaluation & selection.
• Coordinate with OPS, ENG, PSM, EHS and contractors/consultants to ensure design meets cost targets and client requirements.
• Handle drawings, MSRA, SWP and ensure proper project documentation management.
• Plan ahead with contractors/consultants/PMC to avoid delays and support mechanical completion.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, supervise site labour and subcontractors.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Monitor project costs including progress billing and variations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management.
• Arrange weekly/monthly progress meetings with all parties.
• Ensure execution adheres to tender drawings.
• Coordinate commissioning to meet contractual performance bond requirements.
• Coordinate project handover per SOP.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.
