Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of EPC experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in renewable energy or data centre projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the EPC strategy for the company across renewable energy and digital infrastructure.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of EPC projects from feasibility to commissioning.
• Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget, with adherence to quality, safety and sustainability standards.
• Develop and implement project controls, risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate reporting and documentation using Anaplan and SharePoint.
