Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd is seeking aTechnical Program Manager to drive structured program execution for critical facility operations across APAC. The role focuses on coordinating multiple initiatives, tracking progress, and delivering timely reports to clients.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, developing reporting frameworks, and ensuring adherence to MOP/SOP/EOP while supporting MEP asset management and incident tracking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (required).
  • Proven experience in critical facilities/data center environments.
  • Hands-on exposure to MEP systems maintenance and operations.
  • Experience in multi-country or regional program coordination is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word; reporting and data analysis; PBEi tools.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program execution across clusters/countries with CBRE Citi APAC Technical Lead and teams.
  • Develop trackers, checklists, and reporting frameworks per client requirements.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports; create presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to communicate status.
  • Monitor operational activities (MEP, UPS, diesel gensets, BAS) and ensure timelines are met.
  • Track incidents and support MEP asset management data collection and reporting.
  • Respond to new assignments; translate requirements into structured plans and mobilize teams.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Program Manager with a strong engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical) to support critical facility operations across APAC. The role involves driving structured program execution, managing multiple initiatives, ensuring timely reporting, and coordinating across regional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for the client.

What you'll do:
Program & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate closely with Client Critical Facility Lead and CBRE Citi APAC Technical Lead and their teams.
  • Act as a central coordinator across clusters/countries to drive program execution.
  • Engage stakeholders at multiple levels to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and timely delivery.
Planning, Tracking & Execution
  • Develop trackers, checklists, and reporting frameworks based on client requirements.
  • Drive teams to complete assigned tasks within timelines and maintain progress visibility.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed, validated, and submitted to the client as per expectations.
Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, including: Weekly reporting, Monthly dashboards and summaries
  • Develop professional presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to effectively communicate program status.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Operational Oversight Sample
  • Support and track activities related to: Bus duct verification, Fuel level checks, Coordination studies, PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) tracking, Summer preparedness checklist, Load shedding planning
  • Monitor compliance with operational standards and timelines.
Technical Program Support
  • Leverage experience in critical facility systems, including: MEP systems, UPS systems, Diesel generators, Fire protection systems, Electrical transformers and switchgear, Building Automation Systems (BAS),
  • Ensure adherence to MOP (Method of Procedure), SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), and EOP (Emergency Operating Procedure).
Incident & Asset Management
  • Track and manage incident tickets and ensure timely closure.
  • Support MEP asset management processes, including data collection, verification, and reporting.
Ad-hoc Task Management
  • Respond to new assignments requested by management and prioritise with quick turnaround time.
  • Interpret requirements, create structured plans, mobilize teams, and ensure completion.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (required).
  • Proven experience in critical facilities / data center environments.
  • Hands-on exposure to MEP systems maintenance and operations.
  • Experience in multi-country or regional program coordination is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of: Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and Word; Reporting and data analysis; PBEi tools (or equivalent reporting/analytics tools)
  • Familiarity with: Asset management systems, Ticketing/incident management tools
  • Strong program management and coordination skills
  • Excellent reporting and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to drive outcomes, meet deadlines, and ensure execution discipline
