Job summary

ExxonMobil Singapore is seeking an Environmental Coordinator to support regulatory analyses, maintain compliance systems, and ensure reporting readiness across sites. The role emphasizes up-to-date regulatory knowledge and collaboration with Advocacy staff to influence policy and interpretation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant environmental experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore environmental and sustainability regulations.
• Experience in Environmental Impact Assessment and environmental risk management.
• Knowledge of Singapore Carbon tax regulations and policies.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical or Environmental preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on environmental and regulatory requirements and collaborate to implement cost-effective solutions.
• Execute day-to-day Environment, Climate and Regulatory practices, data management and reporting including OIMS; provide training and support to operations.
• Support environmental business planning, permitting, and environmental impact assessment processes.
• Build and engage the network to effectively support compliance assurance systems.
• Identify non-conformances with key Environment, Climate and Regulatory practices and systems, and support implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with Environment, Climate and Regulatory standards.
