Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in Electrical (Power), Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Strong analytical capability and commitment to high standards in resolving engineering issues.
• Adaptable with good interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering expertise support to the Singapore Manufacturing Complex for safe and reliable operations.
• Perform engineering assessments, design, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and long-term equipment improvements.
• Support project developments, factory and site acceptance tests in the Singapore Manufacturing Complex.
• Assist maintenance and inspection during major shutdowns.
• Serve as engineering point of contact for assigned process units.
• Provide engineering training within the organization.

What you will do

• Provide engineering expertise support to the Singapore Manufacturing Complex for safe and reliable operations
• Responsibilities include engineering assessments, engineering design, troubleshooting, root cause failure analysis & solutions and long-term equipment improvement initiatives
• Provide engineering expertise support for project developments, Factory Acceptance Tests & Site Acceptance Tests in the Singapore Manufacturing Complex
• Support maintenance & inspection work during major shutdown
• Engineering point of contact to assigned process unit
• Provide engineering expertise training within organization

About you

What you should have

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical (major in Power Engineering), Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering. Candidates with no experience are welcome.
• High analytical capability & commitment to high standard in resolving engineering issues
• Adaptable, good interpersonal skills & effective team player with good communication skills to work in cross functional organization
