Job summary

HI-TACT SOLUTIONS & TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist in Singapore. The role focuses on monitoring regulatory compliance, conducting EIAs, and implementing EMS to manage environmental risks across projects.

You will lead waste reduction programs, drive sustainability initiatives, and prepare SECP/SECR reports, while delivering training to staff and coordinating with stakeholders. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be registered ECO with NEA.
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field; construction preferred.
• Good knowledge of ECO Scheme and Environmental Laws.
• Familiar with Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
• Self-driven and a good team player, able to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills to develop cooperative relationships with peers and superiors.
• Able to start work in short notice or immediately.
• Working hours: 8am–5pm, 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and permits in Singapore.
• Monitor and verify that environmental impacts are minimized during planning, design and construction.
• Conduct EIAs for new projects and activities.
• Develop and implement EMS to manage environmental risks and improve performance.
• Manage waste reduction, recycling, and disposal programs to minimize impact.
• Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and promote eco-friendly practices.
• Submit SECP and SECR reports.
• Provide environmental training and education to employees to raise awareness and promote best practices.
