Job summary

Wetech Engineering in Singapore is seeking an Environmental Compliance Officer to support the team with environmental control and enforcement tasks. You will identify foreseeable pollution risks in the workplace and work with management to implement practical actions for prevention.

Responsibilities include advising on policies, ensuring adherence to NEA guidelines, and performing ad hoc duties as required by management to support project goals.

Qualifications

• Registered ECO (NEA).
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of environmental policies, legislations, and guidelines; independent with strong discipline and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental control/enforcement support to the team.
• Identify foreseeable risk of pollution arising from the workplace or work processes.
• Propose practical action to eliminate any foreseeable ill-health, prevention of pollution at workplace.
• Any other ad hoc duties required or assigned by Management that are relevant to the project.
