Job summary

Turner & Townsend Singapore is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead safety, health, and environmental programs across critical facilities. The role focuses on policy development, regulatory compliance, and risk management to protect people and assets.

You will oversee audits, incident investigations, contractor safety, and emergency planning while promoting a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic data-centre and industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of EHS experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, contractor management, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience supporting critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Manage contractor safety and construction EHS programs.
• Oversee high-risk activities, including LOTO, work at height, confined space entry, hot work, and lifting operations.
• Lead emergency preparedness, drills, and response planning.
• Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
• Deliver EHS training and drive employee engagement in safety.
• Track EHS KPIs and provide reports to leadership.
