Job summary

PERSOL in Orchard, Singapore is seeking a skincare retail advisor to promote products, provide consultations, and support sales targets. You will build strong customer relationships and deliver high-quality service in a busy retail setting.

The role requires excellent communication, at least 1 year of beauty retail experience, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Basic salary up to SGD 2,100 plus SGD 80 monthly allowance, with AWS + VB; contract may convert to permanent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience in beauty & spa or cosmetics.
• GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate stock and transaction records

• Support in-store engagement activities and contribute ideas to improve customer experience

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry

• Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent

• Strong spoken and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service
