- Provide excellent customer service and personalised beauty consultations.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend skincare, makeup and beauty products.
- Demonstrate products and confidently share product knowledge and application tips.
- Build strong customer relationships through clienteling and follow-up service.
- Work towards individual and store sales targets.
- Support daily retail operations, stock replenishment and product displays.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Ensure a welcoming, professional and engaging shopping experience for customers.

Salary
- Basic Salary: $1,975 – $2,100/month
- Meal Allowance: $100
- Night Allowance: $100
- Monthly Commission & Incentives: average$700/mth
On top of the commission scheme, eligible Beauty Advisors may receive:
- Flagship Allowance: $100/month
- Flagship BA Productivity Incentive: $700 (Based on Targets)
- Conversion Incentive: $200
- Attractive monthly commission scheme based on performance
