Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimation, tender submission, and progress claims.
  • Source, negotiate, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Review contracts and prepare cost and material take-offs.
  • Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control.
  • Conduct site measurements and support contract administration.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients.
