Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable professional to lead and coordinate security inspection project activities at our West Singapore site.

The role focuses on managing planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely completion while liaising with consultants, contractors and government authorities. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, with 0–2 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/ Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Reading design drawings, technical blueprints or shop drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, developers and stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, progress and timely completion.
• Coordinate with government authorities for submissions, approvals and clearances.
• Oversee site activities, quality, safety and compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve technical and operational issues with clients and stakeholders.
• Support contract administration, budgeting, tender evaluation and project documentation.

Salary: $3200 - $3700 (Basic) + $300 (Transport Allowance)

Working hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Working Location: West
