Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in West Singapore is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate consultants, contractors and developers to ensure smooth project execution and site operations.

The role involves planning, scheduling, monitoring progress and liaising with authorities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Diploma or degree in IT Eng, Civil Eng, Architecture or related field is required; 0–2 years experience preferred; reading blueprints is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant working experience in similar position.
• Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints, and shop drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors and developers to ensure smooth project execution and site operations.
• Drive project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring to achieve key milestones and timely completion.
• Identify potential project delays and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with relevant government authorities on submissions, approvals and clearances.
• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality and safety requirements.
• Review technical issues and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve timely and practical solutions.
• Support contract administration, documentation and tender/contract award recommendations.
• Conduct project feasibility assessments and contribute to development planning, budgeting and project programmes.
• Liaise with clients, public agencies and relevant authorities to address site matters and public feedback.

• Working hour: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
