You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and uphold hygiene and safety standards while developing pastry techniques through hands-on practice.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of baking and pastry techniques.
• Willingness to learn and work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Fresh diploma/ITE grad welcome; SG/PR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of pastries and baked goods.
• Follow recipes and food safety standards.
• Support senior bakers with daily production and plating.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Help with basic decorating, filling, and finishing of pastries.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures.
• Assist with inventory checks and ingredient storage.
