Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a production operator to support our client’s high-security, high-quality manufacturing line in Singapore. You will move between stations, operate equipment, and help maintain product quality while adhering to safety PPE protocols.

Training will be provided for applicants with no prior experience. The role requires physical activity and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering is required.
• No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
• Physically active role, movement between production stations.
• Manufacturing environment with paper dust and machine noise; full PPE provided.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Reliable, collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Support the production line to ensure products meet quality and security standards.
• Operate machines and follow production schedule to meet output targets.
• Perform initial troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain machine efficiency.
• Establish preventive maintenance routines.
• Monitor output quality using advanced technologies.
• Oversee the flow of goods and materials via digital quantity monitoring system.
• Handle multiple priorities and ad hoc duties as needed.
