Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level production operator to support semiconductor manufacturing in Singapore. You will operate and monitor advanced production equipment, prepare materials, and conduct basic quality checks in a structured cleanroom environment.

No prior experience required as full training will be provided; candidates must be physically fit and willing to work 12-hour shifts on a 1-year contract basis with potential extension.

Qualifications

Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering/ Technology/ Science or related discipline.
No experience required; full training provided.
Physically fit and able to handle production materials.
Willing to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and specifications.
Prepare, load and replenish materials required for daily production.
Perform basic quality inspections and identify/report defects or abnormalities.
Follow safety, quality and 5S requirements to maintain a clean and organised work area.
Handle and move production materials/products when required.
Work closely with the production team to meet daily production and quality targets.
