Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Toa Payoh, Singapore, is seeking a beginner-friendly Failure Analysis / QA entrant to diagnose returned products and identify root causes. The role offers a 5-day work week, normal office hours, and on-the-job training.

You will generate detailed reports, support CAPA activities with manufacturing and design teams, and coordinate with vendors on defective components and warranty claims.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Computer engineering, or related field.
• Experience in product testing, quality assurance, or hardware failure analysis is an added advantage.
• Proficiency with basic diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters), schematics, and RMA tracking software (if any).
• Entry level is welcome, on-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Failure Analysis: Diagnose returned products to identify root causes of component or system failures.
• Reporting: Generate detailed technical reports detailing defect trends and failure mechanisms.
• Corrective Action: Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers regarding defective components and warranty claims.
