Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an entry-level Environmental Sustainable Design specialist to join our team in Singapore. You will collaborate with ESD architects and engineers on Green Mark, Green Building Index, LEED and WELL projects, supporting sustainability initiatives, decarbonization and carbon advisory efforts.

Responsibilities include high level energy analysis, benchmarking against best practices, and proposing cost-effective design enhancements to improve building performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.
• Entry-level role with no mandatory prior experience.
• Knowledge of energy analysis/benchmarking and energy modeling software.
• Experience with IESVE or EnergyPlus emphasized.
• Foundational understanding of ACMV systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of ESD architects/engineers on Green Mark/GBI/LEED/WELL projects.
• Support sustainability, decarbonization, and carbon advisory efforts.
• Provide high-level energy analysis and benchmarking against best practices for master planning.
• Contribute to cost-effective solutions to improve building performance and decarbonization.
• Research and implement industry best practices in sustainable building design and systems.
