A DREAMWORKS COMPANY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Process Technician to support production engineers with troubleshooting and daily operations in a cleanroom environment.

You will help improve equipment uptime, assist with CIP initiatives, and collect data for SPC and DOE support while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve deviations. This role requires a Diploma in engineering, readiness for shift schedules, and a basic understanding of semiconductor

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• Entry-level friendly.
• Comfortable working shift schedules or office hours in a semiconductor manufacturing/cleanroom environment.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor packaging/test concepts is a plus but not always required.

Responsabilités

• Support engineers with day-to-day production issues, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Assist with equipment uptime, productivity improvements, and CIP initiatives.
• Collect data, monitor SPC, and provide basic DOE support.
• Work in cleanroom/fab environment on assembly (FOL/EOL) or test operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve process deviations.
• Follow SOPs and assist with documentation and reporting.

Job Scope:

• Support process/test/product engineers on day-to-day production issues, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis

• Perform data collection, SPC (statistical process control) monitoring, and basic DOE support
• Work in a cleanroom/fab environment on assembly (FOL/EOL) or test operations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, equipment) to resolve process deviations
• Follow documented SOPs; support documentation and reporting
