Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a data-driven researcher to develop and refine survey methodologies and study designs that drive business decisions. You will lead statistical analyses and apply AI-powered analytics to improve research outcomes and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate with Survey Operations, Data Management, and Quality Assurance teams, ensuring methodological rigor, data quality, and governance. A relevant degree and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics or related discipline.
• Proven experience in statistical analysis or data analytics.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and AI-assisted analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and enhance survey methodologies, sampling frameworks, and research designs to support business and research objectives.
• Conduct statistical analyses and provide methodological recommendations for survey and research projects.
• Collaborate closely with Survey Operations, Data Management, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure consistent and accurate implementation of survey methodologies.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve survey design, data analysis, quality assurance processes, and operational efficiency.
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI-assisted solutions for data validation, pattern recognition, text analytics, reporting, and process automation where appropriate.
• Provide technical guidance and present methodology findings, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure survey methodologies and research practices comply with applicable statistical standards, regulatory requirements, data governance policies, and confidentiality obligations.
• Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in survey methodology, statistics, data analytics, and AI technologies.

• Salary Range: UP to $4,200

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (office hours)

• Central Area : near to Havelock MRT Station

• Yearly Renewable Contract

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Research Methodology or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in statistical analysis, research, data analytics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS, SQL, or equivalent platforms.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, and AI-assisted analytics tools, with the ability to apply these technologies to improve research, survey methodologies, and operational processes.

• Good understanding of statistical concepts, sampling methodologies, data quality management, and research best practices.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.

• Ability to interpret complex data and translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

• Experience in survey design, questionnaire development, or quantitative research will be an advantage.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
