Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a statistics-minded professional in Singapore to develop, evaluate, and enhance survey methodologies and research designs to support business objectives.

You will conduct statistical analyses, apply AI-assisted analytics, and collaborate with Survey Operations, Data Management, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure rigorous methods and compliant practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Research Methodology or related discipline.
• Proven experience in statistical analysis, research, data analytics, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, generative AI, ML, and AI-assisted analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and enhance survey methodologies, sampling frameworks, and research designs to support business and research objectives.
• Conduct statistical analyses and provide methodological recommendations for survey and research projects.
• Collaborate with Survey Operations, Data Management, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure accurate implementation of survey methodologies.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve survey design, data analysis, quality assurance processes, and operational efficiency.
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI-assisted solutions for data validation, pattern recognition, reporting, and process automation where appropriate.
• Provide technical guidance and present methodology findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure survey methodologies and research practices comply with statistical standards, regulatory requirements, data governance, and confidentiality obligations.
• Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in survey methodology, statistics, data analytics, and AI technologies.

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (office hours)
• Central Area : near to Havelock MRT Station
• Yearly Renewable Contract

Job Scope:

• Develop, evaluate, and enhance survey methodologies, sampling frameworks, and research designs to support business and research objectives.
• Conduct statistical analyses and provide methodological recommendations for survey and research projects.
• Collaborate closely with Survey Operations, Data Management, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure consistent and accurate implementation of survey methodologies.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve survey design, data analysis, quality assurance processes, and operational efficiency.
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI-assisted solutions for data validation, pattern recognition, text analytics, reporting, and process automation where appropriate.
• Provide technical guidance and present methodology findings, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure survey methodologies and research practices comply with applicable statistical standards, regulatory requirements, data governance policies, and confidentiality obligations.

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Research Methodology or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in statistical analysis, research, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS, SQL, or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, and AI-assisted analytics tools, with the ability to apply these technologies to improve research, survey methodologies, and operational processes.
• Good understanding of statistical concepts, sampling methodologies, data quality management, and research best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience in survey design, questionnaire development, or quantitative research will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
