Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified audiology professional to conduct hearing assessments, provide fittings and counselling, and manage daily store operations. You will evaluate clients, recommend hearing solutions, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

The role involves after-sales support, outreach activities, and achieving store sales targets in a busy healthcare retail environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, Speech & Hearing or related discipline.
• Experience in audiology, hearing aids, hearing care or healthcare retail preferred.
• Experience in hearing assessment, hearing aid fitting and counselling is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing assessments and hearing aid evaluations for clients.
• Recommend suitable hearing solutions based on clients' hearing needs and lifestyle.
• Perform hearing aid fitting, adjustment and fine-tuning.
• Provide professional counselling and guidance on hearing aid usage and care.
• Handle after-sales support, including troubleshooting and maintenance of hearing devices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide a positive customer experience.
• Promote hearing health through screening events, outreach activities and marketing campaigns.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory, cleanliness and store organisation.
• Handle hearing aid retail sales and work towards store sales and service targets.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
