Job summary

Blackbox Research, Asia's leading independent research and insights firm, is seeking an AI Engineer to join our Innovations & New Solutions Team. You will work on real AI projects from day one, designing smarter workflows and helping develop new AI-enabled solutions for clients across Asia.

You'll build and improve AI-enabled workflows, explore the latest AI tools, and collaborate with consultants and researchers to solve business challenges in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or has 1–2 years' work experience.
• AI fluent, curious and excited by new technology.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable experimenting, solving problems and taking initiative.
• A strong collaborator who enjoys working in a supportive, high-performing team.
• Excited by the opportunities that come with working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business.
• Experience with AI platforms, prompt engineering, automation tools, Python, APIs or low-code/no-code platforms is a plus—but attitude, curiosity and initiative matter even more.
