Job summary

WE-PLUS PTE. LTD. seeks an Agentic AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions across commercial and operational functions in ASEAN.

You will create autonomous agentic workflows and intelligent automation pipelines that connect systems and reduce manual tasks. The role requires hands-on Python development, LLM framework experience, and ability to deliver production-ready integrations using tools like LangChain, n8n, and Azure AI services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years building AI or automation solutions.
• FMCG/retail/B2B commerce experience is a plus.
• Ability to design agentic AI systems from scratch.
• Proficient in Python with production LangChain/LlamaIndex experience.
• Experience with Azure AI services and MCP, function/tool calling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI workflows from scratch with autonomous agents.
• Integrate LLMs with decision intelligence backend using RAG and knowledge bases.
• Develop AI agent use cases including Pricing, Route-to-Market, Recruitment, and Calling/Selling Agents.
• Design and deploy end-to-end AI automation across sales, HR, operations, and commercial functions.
• Connect pipelines to CRM/ERP/HR/BI via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle with documentation and governance.
• Deliver a working solution within a 3-6 month engagement.
