Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an asset operations professional in Singapore to manage transfers, risk, and escalation for local and foreign markets. You will handle SBL activities, scripless conversions, and coordinate with clients and custodians.

The role requires strong documentation practices and responsiveness to enquiries from stakeholders, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and regulatory submissions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage asset transfers for local and foreign markets, including risk management and escalation matters.
• Handle Singapore securities lending and borrowing (SBL) and trade affirmation
• Process scripless conversions, share transfers and physical share certificate deposits
• Respond to enquiries from clients, trade representatives and relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with counterparties and custodians to facilitate transactions
• Ensure compliance with procedures and maintain proper documentation
• Review and streamline processes to improve efficiency and strengthen controls
• Collate proxy instructions and prepare submission forms for relevant authorities
• Assist any other ad-hoc duties assigned
