FLY Entertainment is seeking a Marketing Executive to support content, artistes, digital platforms, and brand campaigns. You will be involved in the full process of creating social media content, coordinating shoots, and contributing to growth of FLY’s digital presence and original content initiatives.

You will work across content, artistes, and brand collaborations, gaining hands-on exposure in entertainment media.

Formación

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, content, media, or communications; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Experience in content creation, including filming and basic editing for social media content.
• Good organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Clear communicator with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• 1.Content Management & Creation: Manage content calendar and publish across platforms.
• Produce content for owned channels and client campaigns, including both organic and sponsored content.
• Be involved in the full content production process, from filming to editing.
• Adapt content formats for different platforms while aligning with brand tone and objectives.
• Support ideation of content concepts and story angles to keep output fresh.
• Support development of original content IPs and digital content initiatives.
• Assist in developing and maintaining content pillars for consistent storytelling and audience engagement.
• Work with the team to identify trends, audience behaviours, and opportunities in entertainment and digital culture.
• Support social media planning and campaign rollouts to grow online presence and platform reach.
