Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program management or strategy, strong executive presence, and English proficiency. Experience with M&A adds value; prior consulting background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, engineering, finance or related discipline.
• Language: Proficiency in English.
• Experience: 5+ years in program management, consulting or project management in a business environment.
• Strong executive presence and experience working with leadership.
• Experience in managing M&A activities is a plus; prior business strategy consulting is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day management of large-scale programs; facilitates problem solving and escalates risks and issues.
• Develops comprehensive program plans with goals, objectives and requirements.
• Assesses initiative value and applies appropriate rigor.
• Drives program management and operating model standards for solid execution and delivery.
• Analyzes business operations to identify improvements and supports reporting for executive visibility.
