Job summary

opensource pte. ltd. is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the deployment and integration of enterprise IT network and security services.

You will work with project managers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction, while guiding engineers through design, configuration, and troubleshooting across Cisco, Alcatel, Check Point, Palo Alto and Fortinet ecosystems. Qualifications

• Lead and oversee deployment, implementation and integration of enterprise IT network and security services.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to network/security engineers on medium to large projects.
• Hands-on in design, configuration, implementation, migration, troubleshooting and validation.
• Experience with migration and upgrade of complex network environments.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN, routing, switching, and network security.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, implementation and integration of customers' IT network and security services.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to meet timelines, quality standards and requirements.
• Act as Technical Lead for medium to large-scale network and security projects.
• Provide technical direction to engineers during project implementation.
• Hands-on design, configuration, migration, troubleshooting and validation of solutions.
• Lead technical implementation involving Cisco, Alcatel, Check Point, Palo Alto and Fortinet devices.
• Review networks and recommend migration or implementation approaches.
• Lead network and firewall migration, upgrades and refresh activities.
• Guide LAN/WAN/WLAN, routing, switching and security implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve complex problems and manage support cases.
