Job summary

Tyson Jay Management in Singapore is seeking a skilled network engineer to provide technical support and design enterprise networking solutions for diverse customer environments on a 12-month contract. You will prepare proposals, present solutions, and collaborate with regional engineering teams while staying abreast of SD-WAN, firewall, and switching technologies.

A monthly base salary of up to SGD 7,000 plus a contract-ending bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise networking, solution design, or network engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, firewall, SD-WAN, and enterprise networking technologies.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, solution documentation, or customer-facing technical presentations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers, partners, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation for enterprise networking solutions across customer environments
• Design and review network solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for project opportunities
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Support solution implementation, troubleshooting, and post-deployment activities where required
• Work closely with regional and engineering teams to develop and deliver network solutions
• Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners
• Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and support continuous improvement of solution offerings
