Job summary

Tyson Jay Management provides a 12 Months Contract (Renewable) position, directly employed by our client, offering up to SGD 7,000 base per month plus a 1-month end-of-contract bonus.

The role focuses on providing technical support and consultation for enterprise networking solutions, designing and reviewing solutions, and preparing proposals and BOQs for project opportunities, with collaboration across regional and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise networking, solution design, or network engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, firewall, SD-WAN, and enterprise networking technologies.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, solution documentation, or customer-facing technical presentations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers, partners, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation for enterprise networking solutions across customer environments
• Design and review network solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for project opportunities
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Support solution implementation, troubleshooting, and post-deployment activities where required
• Work closely with regional and engineering teams to develop and deliver network solutions
• Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners
• Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and support continuous improvement of solution offerings
