Job summary

Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a Network Engineer to support daily network operations across our enterprise environments in Singapore. You will monitor devices, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes to maintain performance and security.

The role involves configuring VLANs, routing basics, firewall updates, NAC and DHCP awareness, and coordinating with vendors. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in network operations and incident troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN, VLANs, and basic routing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network devices including switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and performance issues.
• Configure VLANs, ports, and basic routing settings.
• Implement firewall and network configuration changes.
• Maintain NAT, routing, and access configurations.
• Support wireless network connectivity and access points.
• Troubleshoot NAC authentication and endpoint access issues.
• Monitor DHCP usage and resolve IP conflicts.
• Ensure proper time synchronization across devices.
• Review logs and identify potential network or security issues.
• Support load balancer configurations and health checks.
• Coordinate with ISPs during outages.
• Assist in disaster recovery testing and validation.
• Maintain documentation and configuration records.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
