Job summary

H2O.ai is seeking a data scientist or ML engineer for enterprise GenAI projects in Singapore. You will deliver end-to-end Generative AI solutions, build AI agents with the H2O stack, and guide customers through LLM selection, fine‑tuning, and scalable pipelines.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design deployment architectures across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments, ensuring governance and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data science, machine learning and AI experience.
• Strong expertise in LLMs and GenAI, including design and evaluation.
• Experience with predictive AI algorithms (GLMs, RF, GBM, NN, NLP, time-series).
• Ability to design and deliver training, workshops, and customer enablement.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end GenAI/agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers across the full lifecycle.
• Build custom AI/ML agents and applications using the H2O AI stack for various industries.
• Support customers through their GenAI journey: LLM selection, evaluation, fine-tuning, prompts, and scalable pipelines.
• Collaborate with customer teams to define deployment patterns, including containerized deployments and CI/CD.
• Translate technical outputs into business impact narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
