ASCENDION ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions across enterprise applications.

The role involves building ML pipelines, deploying models, and integrating AI with cloud platforms, APIs, and microservices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI outcomes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on ML experience, familiarity with generative AI and LLMs, and a strong foundation in software

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in software engineering, ML, data science, or AI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java/JavaScript/C#.
• Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain machine learning pipelines, data processing workflows, and model deployment frameworks.
• Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Integrate AI services with cloud platforms and enterprise systems using APIs and microservices architecture.
• Monitor AI model performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.
