Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (OH&S, Engineering, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, IS, Business, PM).
• 8–12+ years of EHSS, enterprise solution delivery, program management, or related experience.
• Experience leading complex tech-enabled programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational and tech solutions.
• Experience driving deployment, adoption, and stabilization of initiatives.
• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, VelocityEHS or similar platforms.
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with analytics, automation, and digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Solution Delivery across EHSS initiatives.
• Drive enterprise EHSS governance, adoption, and change management.
• Translate regulatory needs into scalable business processes and tech solutions.
• Serve as primary business lead for assigned initiatives (scope, schedule, risks, resources).
• Partner with EHSS, IT, software providers, and implementation partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, analytics, and automation.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
• Provide program status, risk management, and executive communications.
