Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore seeks a Staff Program Manager for Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) Strategy & Operations to lead business-side discovery, development, and deployment of enterprise EHSS solutions, focusing initially on Health & Safety initiatives.

You will partner with EHSS, IT, vendors, and business collaborators to improve operational performance, compliance, and business outcomes across global platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, and VelocityEHS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Information Systems, Business, Program Management, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in EHSS, enterprise solution delivery, program management, business transformation, or related disciplines.
• Significant experience in Health & Safety, occupational health, incident management, risk management, or contractor safety.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technology-enabled programs with business collaborators, IT, vendors, and partners.
• Experience translating business requirements into operational and technology solutions.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive results across organizations without direct authority.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, VelocityEHS, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise EHSS initiatives from discovery and requirements definition through deployment, stabilization, and sustainment.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into scalable business processes and technology solutions.
• Serve as the primary business lead for assigned initiatives, managing scope, schedule, risks, and resources.
• Partner with EHSS, IT, software providers, and implementation partners to deliver solutions that improve performance and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Drive accountability and resolution of delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
