Job summary

V2 AI is seeking an enterprise growth leader in Singapore to connect financial services, insurance, and energy sectors with powerful Data & AI solutions. You will leverage senior relationships to identify opportunities, shape engagements, and secure multi-workstream data transformation programs while ensuring commercial success.

You will oversee delivery within key accounts, manage risks, and guide teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

Seasoned enterprise leader advising Executives across Singapore markets.
Proven track record in driving multi-workstream data transformation engagements.
Strong consulting sales experience with senior-level relationships.
Deep understanding of Data & AI, cloud platforms, and app modernisation.
Ability to align technology solutions with business outcomes.
Proven delivery leadership, risk mitigation, and change management.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement with executives, tech teams and partners.
Experience working with major tech partners (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify and pursue new enterprise opportunities aligned to business outcomes.
Deepen enterprise relationships and ensure delivery of impactful outcomes.
Negotiate commercially sound agreements and drive favourable SoWs and proposals.
Oversee delivery across accounts, mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals.
Champion an inclusive culture and scale data & AI solutions regionally.
